Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement
The Comprehensive Program incorporates technical support services and software maintenance into one and is interfaced through the Help Desk. The Help Desk in turn forwards incidents and cases to a team composed of
highly competent experienced and Check Point-certified technical services engineers. The Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24x7). The Help Desk can also channel severe cases to Check Point's Software Research and Development Group.
This program includes product upgrades, service packs, and hot fixes for one full year. This also includes free installation of the said upgrades and fixes.
Enrollment in the Comprehensive Program assures the client of one (1) full year of telephone and on-site technical support from the Technical Services Engineers. This program provides our customers with a great competitive edge by limiting your inevitable downtime-- due to upgrading, maintenance or servicing-- to an absolute minimum. Clients are assured of peace of mind knowing that highly qualified and competent engineers are always on hand to detect, isolate, correct and document your support incidents.
 
COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM AGREEMENT BENEFITS:

Response time within two (2) hours in Makati Area (for Priority 1 & 2 incidents)
Outside Makati Area, response time depends on the availability of transportation and travel time from the location of the engineer and the client.

One-year subscription to Check Point Software Maintenance concurrent with enrollment to the Comprehensive Program
Free installation of product updates, maintenance releases and any patches, and fixes for the product which you enrolled in the program

Maintenance Agreement
The Maintenance Agreement Program includes all the salient features of the Comprehensive Program. This program, however, limits the telephone and on-site technical support to office hours only. Office hours are from Monday to Friday 8:00AM up to 5:00PM.
Additional charges will be billed to the client if technical support requested is outside of the aforementioned office hours.
 
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT PROGRAM BENEFITS:
Free on-site technical support from Mondays-Fridays 8:00AM-5: 00PM.
Free telephone technical support from Mondays-Fridays.
Fast, efficient and reliable service followed through to resolution.
One-year subscription to Check Point Software Maintenance concurrent with enrollment to the Maintenance Agreement Program
Free installation of product updates, maintenance releases and any patches, and fixes for the product which you enrolled in the program during above-mentioned days and time
