| Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement |
The Comprehensive Program incorporates technical support services and software maintenance into one and is interfaced through the Help Desk. The Help Desk in turn forwards incidents and cases to a team composed of
highly competent experienced and Check Point-certified technical services engineers. The Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24x7). The Help Desk can also channel severe cases to Check Point's Software Research and Development Group. |
| This program includes product upgrades, service packs, and hot fixes for one full year. This also includes free installation of the said upgrades and fixes. |
| Enrollment in the Comprehensive Program assures the client of one (1) full year of telephone and on-site technical support from the Technical Services Engineers. This program provides our customers with a great competitive edge by limiting your inevitable downtime-- due to upgrading, maintenance or servicing-- to an absolute minimum. Clients are assured of peace of mind knowing that highly qualified and competent engineers are always on hand to detect, isolate, correct and document your support incidents. |

| Maintenance Agreement |
| The Maintenance Agreement Program includes all the salient features of the Comprehensive Program. This program, however, limits the telephone and on-site technical support to office hours only. Office hours are from Monday to Friday 8:00AM up to 5:00PM. |
| Additional charges will be billed to the client if technical support requested is outside of the aforementioned office hours. |
